El Puerto de Santa María, 18 November 2024. Continuing with its efforts to support those affected by the recent DANA in the Valencian Community, the Puerto Sherry Hotel announces new initiatives to complement the Zambomba Solidaria scheduled for 23 November. In a recent meeting with the Red Cross in Puerto de Santa Maria, Puerto Sherry has established a closer collaboration to maximize the collection of funds for this noble cause.

As well as tickets priced at €10 for adults (includes a tapa and a drink) and €8 for children (includes a children’s menu) which can be purchased both online and at the entrance to the event, there will be various options for donations. Attendees will be able to contribute via Bizum, SMS or bank transfer, providing multiple ways to support the victims. One of the main novelties is the charity raffle that offers a unique experience: a 2-hour boat trip for 6 people, with catering on board. This prize is possible thanks to the generous collaboration of the company 360 Sails, which will provide the boat, and the Hotel Puerto Sherry, which will be in charge of the catering. Tickets can be purchased through the Red Cross volunteers.

For the little ones, Puerto Sherry has organised a fun area with castles with attractions, set up by the company Babypar, which supports this charitable cause. The cost of the attractions is €2 and will also be donated to the cause. In this way, the event becomes a family activity where all ages can enjoy themselves while collaborating with an important cause.

The event will take place at the Poolbar on the terrace of the Hotel Puerto Sherry, from 13:30h until 18:30h, offering a varied gastronomic offer with tickets at affordable prices, accompanied by live music and a festive and supportive atmosphere. Parking will be free throughout the day, guaranteeing easy access for all participants.

Puerto Sherry invites the whole community to participate in this day of solidarity, where every contribution, whether through the purchase of tickets, additional donations, attractions and participating in the raffles, will make a significant difference in the lives of those affected by the DANA. As Figueras says, ‘together, we can provide the support needed for Valencia to recover and come out strong’.
