Entre Mar y Sierra offers a speciality of grilled meat and fish, venison and wild boar in sauce, wild boar and truffle croquettes, venison meatballs in mushroom and Pedro Jiménez sauce, and the great speciality is sea and mountain-style prawns. We stand out because we are the only place in Puerto Sherry that offers grilled meat, acorn-fed Iberian pork, Wagyu, and Angus Friesian. It is a restaurant suitable for all audiences, as it offers everything from affordable prices, such as the daily menu from Tuesday to Friday at lunchtime, to higher prices for higher quality (Wagyu), but everything is prepared with great care and passion.
