An artisan ice cream parlour, recently opened in Puerto Sherry by the owner of Kammala (Rota). In addition to gourmet ice cream, it offers a carefully selected cocktail menu.
Location: Between the two hotels, with a chestnut and eucalyptus wood terrace and a relaxed atmosphere with a small library for reading or working.
Concept: Ice cream made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, artisanal slushies with real fruit, and cocktails crafted by master mixologist Olmo Aguilar. A space designed to unwind and enjoy.
